Casa Hechizos was conceived from the jícara, a symbol of home, a vessel of possibility. Now, we call upon it to empower our rebirth. The sacred jícara is the physical and spiritual womb where everything begins. Carved from dried gourd and used by indigenous communities globally, it is an abundant well of water, food, coveted rituals, and even the orisha.
We were inspired by parenthood and family from our founding. Like the mighty gourd, we’ve grown, changed, been shaped by the waves of redirection and reflection. During periods of reflection and change, we kept going back to children and the magic within their small hands.
We’re going back to the seeds, with children in the lead.
Casa Hechizos is a Santerx-owned company bringing spiritual wellness to the people.
We provide authentic, natural products rooted in Santería practices and ancestral knowledge that draw upon spirituality to promote healing and holistic wellbeing. All of our products are ethical, handcrafted in the Bay Area and prayed over by elders.

We only use natural, organic ingredients like distilled water, sacred herbs and essential oils in our products.
We never include:

Sustainability
The earth provides us with the all-natural ingredients we use in our products, so it’s only right that we care for and honor it. Because of this, everything is made by hand — no industrial factories or machinery — and we use minimal packaging, avoiding plastic whenever possible.
Sourcing
We only use ingredients that you can trust. The herbs and plants in our products are all grown and harvested in the San Francisco Bay Area.
